Owner Kristi Armstrong is a seasoned leader of Reflective Supervision Consultation (RSC) facilitation, training, mentorship and systems building. She is committed to equity and social justice. Her work is guided by core principles of RSC and centers relationships in her support of prenatal to five professionals and leaders across the nation and diverse fields within Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health.​
